- Do you offer loyalty points or reward points, gift certificates, etc.?
Yes! By signing up to our Newsletter you're automatically enrolled in our loyalty rewards program! When you create an account on our website you will automatically be enrolled in our loyalty program and will earn points for purchases based on the amount you spend. You can also earn points for referrals and other actions you perform on our website. Once you've earned enough points, you will be able to exchange them for rewards such as discounts or free products via our loyalty widget.
To view your point balance and redeem rewards, simply login to our website and access the loyalty widget by clicking the launcher icon in the lower corner. Please note that points do not carry any cash value and the awards/rewards can be modified, without notice, at any time.
- What is your store's return and exchange policy?
NO REFUNDS! If your item is defective or you have ordered the wrong size, we will issue STORE CREDIT for a different size or different item with the same price value. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for more information.
- How long will it take to receive my order?

- My discount code is not working, what do I do?
We are sorry you are having trouble checking out, please note that some discount codes require users to create an account on the site and be logged in upon check out to utilize the discount code. Other discount codes have expiration dates if it's an exclusive sale.
- How can I pay for my order?
Nj3 Apparel currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal, Google Pay, Venmo, Amazon Pay and with the ShopPay app.
- How long will it take me to get my order?
Please note that our apparel is printed, cut, and hand-sewn by our in-house team, we require 4-8 business days to manufacture before they are shipped. We will ship your order immediately after production.
- How can I track my order?
We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. You can also see the current status of your order here
- Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders.
- Why do i have to request my return label within 3 days of my package delivery?
